Dr. Prabuddha Chakraborty is the Chief Technology Officer of Mindful Memory LLC. He earned his PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Florida and received the prestigious IEEE TTTC’s E. J. McCluskey Best Doctoral Thesis Award. His expertise spans AI and IoT, with numerous patents and publications.

Dr. Swarup Bhunia, Fellow of IEEE, is the Chief Strategy Officer at Mindful Memory LLC. He holds a Ph.D. from Purdue University and has over two decades of experience in IoT and low-power devices. With over 200 publications, he has earned many awards, including the Semiconductor Research Corporation Inventor Recognition Award.
